  • Latest experience of my wife - This place closes early without warning. 3:40pm, dark as a crypt: "GO AWAY!" Come back under a schedule and the only woman there verbally abuses patients. I quit going here years ago and pay out of pocket instead because I can't trust myself from throwing something through the window, given the treatment of the extremely nasty employees who are not well trained or experienced. We're telling everyone we work with to not go with United Healthcare because they just don't care about patients when they send you to this special place in Hell.
