  • I went to JNICOLE and discussed my hair in detail prior to my appointment. I even showed her a picture of how damaged my hair was. I wanted cornrow tree braids. She said that she could do my hair with no problem. Long story short, she lied. In one day the cornrows were coming apart because the sections were too large and too loose and pieces of hair were falling out. Even in the back where my hair is much longer you can see my hair poking out of the braid. She also used too little hair in the braids, which was unnecessary because I had 7 packs! There's no excuse for that. Now I have to go back to my old stylist in CA and spend more money getting this mess corrected. I'm having to wear a headband to cover it up. She offered to fix it....right! I am seriously pissed off at the money I wasted! She might be able to do other hair services but SHE CANNOT BRAID! While I was there I also found out that Yelp reviews change daily because of their software so I don't know if anyone will see this. But I'm putting it out there. If you want braids, go somewhere else.
