  • In the beginning I was very happy. Prices were good and I like the results. But slowly overtime I have not gotten great service. And the price has jumped to double the amount. I know where my shots should go to get the look I like. Lately when I tell her before she starts, she ignores me and does what she wants to do. I'm told to come back for a 'touch up' if I'm not happy. I knew this last time I wouldn't be happy because of where she did the injections. Why not do it correct the first time? I know my face and how it responds very well. Also, I always say I want dysport, but I'm sure I've never received it and I was given botox instead. People are now telling me I'm not getting botox but xenonim, what ever that is. Something IS different, because my eyebrows kinda hurt, feel strange and I have red bumps where she injected for about 2 weeks now. I think this xenoim is too strong for me. I will not return for more of whatever it is I'm being injected with. This never happened in the beginning. I have lost confidence in the service. I think the writing is on the wall and I have to shop around for a new place.
