  • ***Your cupcake shop is dirty.*** Now that I have your attention, the cupcakes are common, nothing here to get excited about. Being a Food Network watcher I know the name from Cupcake Wars. Very disappointing are the words that come to mind. The customer service is not Las Vegas standard. The coffee selection is atrocious. The shop is dirty. The employees are slow, lack attention to detail, untrained, and appear to be in their first week on the job. I really should have given you 1 star, but the cupcakes deserve 3, other than that, you need some drastic improvement.
