  • Just left this cold stone location and it was the worst experience I've ever had at cold stone. People are normally really happy and enjoyable to be served by but the girls I just dealt with were not. I ordered a love it and received a like it and once I told her she still charged me for her mistake. It's unbelievable how horrible this customer service was.
