  • Went to this location for the first time(the other location I go to twice a month but this is closer to my mom's house)....a "treat" for my mom on mother's day. I bragged about how good their pizza was ( the location on Arville and D.I has NEVER let me down)..... the staff at the Paradise location were VERY nice..... VERY COOL ! but when we got to our destination and opened the boxes, the pizza lacked and the fries sucked (see pic)...... and my mom lives 6 miles down the road and they want me to turn around and bring back the food even though I told them I took pics? The wings were very good but the crust on the pizza really lacked.. So I call them up to see what can be done about my dissatisfaction: The staff on the phone explained their policy....."Ya gotta bring back the pizza and fries mostly uneaten with your receipt"... even though I took pics ?... all I asked for was a partial credit on the pizza and full refund on the fries. All together with sides I spent $62.00. I will not return to this location but I will go back to my rat hole on Arville and Desert inn.... Maybe bad day for cook and they make pie differently down there.... I will never again go to this location.
