  • First off I want to say I found this company via LivingSocial. Secondly, they were open for availability sooner than excepted. I have 3 carpeted rooms out of the 3 there were 2 that had high traffic areas and dog stains. The tech came in and took a look at the areas first prior to anything and was very nice. After showing him the room and what needed to be done he went through his recommendations to get the best results. The biggest thing to emphasize is RECOMMENDATIONS! He is not forceful just simply told me what would work best for better results. I of course wanted the best results so I went with the recommendation. The tech knew what he was doing went in, cleaned the rooms. I of course moved things prior to and vacuumed. But afterwards, wow! The carpets were completely clean and I loved it! I will definitely be calling to schedule my tile next. I highly recommend!
