  • Their customer service sucks. I have been with them for over 15 years I called to move my install appointment by a few hours and their only option was 4 days later. Who the F is willing to wait over 4 days to get their services moved. They have a monopy on high speed internet so you are stuck but I am drastically reducing my other services. Good Luck with this company don't expect anything good from them.
