  • Used their online booking system twice to get an early appointment at 11am as their afternoon/late appointments are commonly booked far in advance. They pushed my appointment back to 1pm on both occasions without consented notification. Don't bother using their online system for early appointments. I am not even sure why they are offering online reservations if they are not able to keep the agreed time points. Haircuts were OK, but booking sucks! I will go to a different place next time. There are plenty of excellent hair studios in that neighborhood. Just for your consideration.
