  • I don't typically blow dry my hair but kind of felt like it today. The left side of my hair looks like someone took a razor to it and the right side looks like normal layers. Like WTF!!!! To make matters worse..... the owner gave me the haircut. Maybe she didn't think I'd notice since I told her I never flat iron my hair. I feel so irritated right now. Like who does this?! Update: they offered to fix the cut, but I realized that the balayage is also uneven and in certain areas is looking a little orange, even though I was told it took well and 90% of my hair was virgin. I'm going to contact their corporate office and try and get my money back. These idiots totally ruined my hair. No way in hell I'm letting them get near it again because this time I may just walk out with no hair at all. I really do hope Tony & Guy in the U.K. has higher standards.
