  • New pooch owner here so I've checked out all of the doggo parks on the SW/W side of town. Stop by CJ Dog Park if there's nothing better nearby, but really only if you live within walking distance. There is no parking lot.. just a dirt lot ACROSS THE STREET. The intersection is pretty busy so be careful! It really is just a dog park for nearby neighbors to walk to. Small dog (35lbs below) separated from big dogs. Lots of grass, lots of SHADE. Definitely the shadiest park I've been to!
