  • We stayed at Park MGM for 7 days. The first day we stayed here when we tried turning on the shower at 10:00am there was no hot water, only cold. Then we tried turning on the shower again a few minutes later and it completely stopped working, no water was coming out at all. Our sink had no water either. I called the front desk to let them know and they said that would try to send someone to our room to fix it. I asked for the time estimate and staff stated it would take anywhere from "half an hour to more." We had things to do and didn't want to be late because we couldn't take a shower so we ended up going downstairs to the lobby to if we could speak with another staff to help us speed up the process. They told us the water wouldn't work until 7:00pm. We asked them if there was anyway they could compensate for this. Again they just said sorry and told us to wait until 7:00pm. We asked if there was a manager to speak to. They ended up giving us a room key to use in another room just to shower and told us to leave the room keys in the room after we finished using the shower. The next day I tried to flush the toilet at 8:00am and it didn't work. We could not flush our toilet and mind you it was not clogged. I called the front desk to let them know and they said someone would come to fix it and again, I asked for the estimated time and they said it would in 25 minutes or longer. After waiting for an hour I went downstairs to asked the staff if they could speed up the process to have someone fix it and they said they would send someone up as soon as possible. I asked them what am I supposed to do until it gets fixed and told me to use the toilet it the lobby. No one came to fix it until 2:00pm. Our last day, the shower and sink had no water again. They gave us another room key again just to take a shower and this time we had to return the to front desk after we were done. Everything from our sink, shower, and toilet not working took out a lot of time from our day to get the problem resolved. The whole entire situation was so frustrating for us especially since we spent so much money to stay here. Their excuse for all of this is that the hotel is under construction. Regardless of the construction it's unacceptable for us to go through the hassle of these matinence issues. Overall this was the most negative experience we had in Las Vegas. The construction is so bad during your stay that even when you arrive they give you ear plugs. Of course when you book to stay here they won't tell you there's construction being done so be aware. When speaking with staff they said they are not sure when the construction will be done.
