  • I brought a table from this place and less than 24 hours i went to return it back because when it arrived it wasnt what i wanted (the table was too big). So the next day i went to the store explaining my situation and how i would like to either get a refund or exchange for a smaller table. The girl in store 2 located in the same plaza as barns and noble basically fed me some BS about once i signed off on the table i couldnt receive a refund or exchange. I presented my contract to her and pointed out where it said im allowed a full refund within 7 days of having the property. The girl then proceed to say because she gave it to me at a discounted rate is another reason why i couldnt get my money back or an exchange. Long store short i am stuck with a table that is too big. To top it all off the girl was walking around with visible oral herpes hanging from her top lip. Overall this place is a scam, they give discounts on funiture that are not on the floor so that if there is an issue that cant be seen while signing off at drop off, they still keep their commission and then you as the customer is stuck with a bad product. This was my first time making a purchase from this place.
