  • So, I gave a lone star as My friends and I had a miserable time there 2 weeks ago when we went to check out the new brewery in our hood. I am a beer enthusiast and always try to drink from the local brewers instead of the giants. Atmosphere is really nice, looks clean and real simple set up, a true German style brewery. The service SUCKS! the lady who served us, was least interested in her job nor knew anything about it. It makes me wonder how she passed the interview, or was there one at all?! She offered no description of the beers nor the specials nor the brewery philosophy etc. We had to ask her to tell us about the 6 types of their brew and she told us they are on the board on the wall and we can look it up. We did! Food was nothing special. The beers were ok I guess (we were so aggravated by the service that didn't care about the beer). We shortly left and had never gone back. I will give them another try as this may have been a fluke with the crappy server who simply didn't care for the owner nor her job! More review to follow later.
