Oh dear, Paramount. Lots of sizzle, but little to show for it. Decor is flashy, high gloss pictures of near-bursting shawarmas accompany a high tech touch screen 'photo booth' contest, all in no doubt a pricy location in Front Street.
You, the customer, pay for it all. The food is pretty much the same as any other less fancy shawarma joint - but in much, much smaller quantities. Don't expect much.
A tip, Paramount: focus on the food first. Good food is the best marketing.
Service is good.
