Awful customer service. Called to book a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday, as a new mom with an almost 3 year old I have never booked a bounce house, but have had friends with older kids do them in the past. I have heard of the bounce houses blowing a fuse and the house collapsing, or getting blown over by wind, so as a concerned precautionary parent, I thought I'd ask if the company is licensed and insured incase of something like this happening. Instead of answering my question yes or no, I was told "I should call another company because this sounds fishy and why would it matter if they were licensed and insured?!" Then he proceeded to tell me defensively "we are insured but if something happens it will be investigated to see if it was done on purpose and the child will be evaluated to see if they were injured before the accident." WTF? Are you serious this is not okay behavior or customer service! Seriously? I want to make sure my child and her friends are safe and covered, but by the defensive and offensive response I received I will never call them back for any future parties. Obviously they are fishy if they are accusing a complete stranger right off the bat, with a concern as a parent. Beware.
