| - I mirror what the other reviews (D.H. in particular) about babysitting this company. Did the get the work done? Yes. Does the pool look good? Sure. Was it a trial in patience with major frustration, drawn out timelines, mistakes and issues? You bet it was. First off, we chose this company because of the non-use of subs. We were impressed with the sales guy and the price was right on target. I do not enjoy the idea of having people in my yard without someone around, so I arranged my schedule to be there when they were supposed to come. I say 'supposed' because I lost track of how many times they canceled, rescheduled, didn't show, left without finishing, etc etc. Trucks broke down, parts didn't fit, machines stopped working, fuses were blown in my house, pool had to be filled and drained twice, just to name a few. The lack of communication within the company is outstanding. Granted, the supervisor did throw in a new LED light set for the inconvenience they caused, however I think I would have enjoyed better customer service on a very simple pool remodel than a new light set. The job took way longer than expected. Would I recommended them? If you don't mind being an impromptu project manager, then sure. The tile guy did an awesome job and the pool looks ok,. But if patience is not your virtue, I would say no.
