  • We recently had our hot water heater replaced by Alan's plumbing and found that the brand new water heater is leaking. Our baby's room is near the garage and the floor is wet from the leak. We pulled the carpet up and it is wet with what we think is mold growing! Alan's doesn't take responsibility of "secondary damage." So they basically put in a bad hot water heater and left us now with mold in our baby's rooms, damage to the carpet and floor and possibly the wall. Wouldn't recommend you use this company you could end up with bigger problems than you start with!
