Absolutely terrible doesn't being to describe our experience, despite the restaurant being dead on a Friday night. Sub-par food and some of the worst service I've ever experienced. The waiter acted like us being there was an inconvenience to his life. About the food...
Asparagus fries were $8.50 for 5 fries. Best tasting part of the entire meal but way too small of a portion.
House salad looked like it came out a stale bag of lettuce from the dollar general, with a huge slop of ranch dressing on top. There was about 6x the amount of dressing needed. All either of us could taste was ranch dressing. It was actually really good dressing but that's beside the point.
Baked potato was lukewarm and the server put so much butter and sour cream I couldn't taste anything else. Au gratin potatoes looked like they had been sitting all night on the warmer and my girlfriend had one bite before refusing their brown cheesey garbage again.
Both of our cuts (Gamblers + Cajun) were extremely fatty and nothing to write home about. I'd estimate about 1/3 of each was pure fat and thrown out. We recently dry aged some prime rib roast at home for 3 days and it was amazing. These 21 day dry aged cuts didn't have anywhere near the flavor of what we made at home in 3 days.
When we were clearly ready to get boxed up, our server and his assistant went to the back and mysteriously vanished. Waited about 8 mins before the manager asked if we wanted to get boxed up and we could finally get the hell out of there.
I'd probably leave 0 stars if I could but let's call it one star for the asparagus fries and some really good ranch dressing.
