Th Champions Club at the Hotel had a great layout and decorations. I had the Filet which was listed with a Demi glaise fingerlings and caramelized onions. Instead of medium I received medium-rare and the Demi glaze was like syrup, and touched everything on the plate and the onions were red and had no caramelization. Served never refilled us and didn't checks in much. Overall bad experience :(
