The Good:
1. Machines are pretty new. Weights are well maintained. 3 squat racks.
2. Front desk staff is quite nice
The bad:
1. SO messy. The people who come here have no gym etiquette and weights are ALL over the place.
2. Not a lot of equipment due to size of gym, which results in quite a bit of waiting. Only 2 flat benches? Only 1 real place you can deadlift.
3. Also, equipment is very close together. Not a huge deal, but it does get in the way of your zen.
4. Trainers are not very nice. If you ask them a question, they're a big off-handish.
5. The parking is ridiculous sometimes.
Overall: The gym is okay, but I just don't look forward to going there. I only went there because I was in town for two weeks and it was close by. If i lived here, I would much prefer going somewhere farther, but better.
