  • This is the perfect place for snowbirds. It is close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter and is right around the corner from the grocery store. The amenities are amazing (free tanning, lounge area, movie room, spinning classes, chef nights, etc.) My largest complaint is parking and HOA though. Our condo comes with a garage spot, but guest parking is impossible! HOA is strict and very particular; it almost makes me want to move. And it sucks being an owner due to all the maintenance :/
