| - This is a beautiful restaurant in the Wynn casino with gorgeous lagoon views and bold bright colored decor in the main dining room. You can reserve one of their fancy cabanas for a romantic dinner, which comes with a minimum $150 per person spend.
The restaurant allows kids 5 and over. We did wish to dine in the private cabana but were told that the $150 per person charge applied to kids too :(
So preferred to sit inside, which was awesome!
They were pretty busy for a Monday evening.
I was impressed by the assortment of bread, which included their famous truffle bread, to die for!! This was served with house made ricotta cheese, so yumm!! They offer vegetarian and vegan menu which was a blessing for me.
We started with their appetizer pasta, ravioli with Marsala wine glaze, pappardelle with porcini mushrooms, gnocchi with morel mushrooms and vegan minestrone soup. Everything tasted great was served perfectly hot.
Hubby tried chef special sea bass which was excellent.
The wine selection seemed overpriced, by the glass as well as bottle. Wines that you can get in Costco for under $20, were almost $100!!
I wish they were better staffed. Our server was great but was so busy, the main dining room had maybe 2 servers? He had so many tables, he barely got a chance to check on us. We ordered a bottle of wine but had to pour it ourselves coz he was so busy.
Do not miss dessert! Their Tiramisu is a must try. We paired it with a 20 year old port, a match made in heaven!! My kids tired the assortment of gelato and sorbet which they loved.
