  • Just received got off the phone with Anthony. Found this company off of Homeadvisors.com. Very impressive how they called me from my inquiry. Next day. Explained the type of work that I needed. Anthony offered a free estimate. Explained how they replaced the windows. I asked how much something like that type of repair would run "Ball Park" and he became very evasive. I told him that I understand that they need to look at the window for the actual estimate and that I wasn't going to hold him to the Ball Park range. Conversation went down hill from there. Sad that a business has to rely on that type of customer facing employee for their revenue.
