  • I just started parking at the Parking Spot 2 and my experience thus far has been less than exceptional. Last night I arrived at 1:30 in the morning. Pickup was decent, as I only waited about 10 minutes. The driver, of whom I've had pick me up and drop me off before, is what has led me to park at another company lot. He is older and wears glasses, but NEVER offers to pick up my bag. Isn't that their job? He's actually done this before. When he opens the door and sees me standing with my bag, instead of getting up and offering me assistance he remains seated and asks me "you got it?" I guess I do now since you won't help me! I don't know if he has a personal issue with me, but to avoid this encounter I am taking my business elsewhere. It's pretty disappointing considering that I am an airline employee and have been given great service at the Parking Spot 1. I just thought I would try this one because it's slightly cheaper. Everyone should be treated equally, however this particular shuttle driver has some sort of vendetta against me. I'm always polite to everyone so this really upsets me.
