  • Holy crap! The guy asking me what wash package I wanted was way to hardcore pushing me to pony up $250 for a detail at a later date. I had asked for extra attention to the dog hair in back seat and after 5 minutes of sales pressure and me continually declining he then informed me that there was an extra $10 charge for the dog hair. The guy doing the vacuum did a good job and the other workers were kind and hard working but will most likely not be coming back. They did offer to take off $3 when I shared the experience but I declined since they also confirmed they do charge extra for pet hair.
