  • The hotel is located in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. The front desk and gift shop staff were very helpful and friendly, and my kids really liked the indoor pool and water slides. Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at, but I had to knock down my rating to four stars because the cleaning staff never seemed to do their job completely. The room seem clean upon arrival, but later on we discovered that no one moved the armchair to vacuum underneath, and there were pieces of food underneath. I also found a Cheetos underneath the phone book in one of the drawers. Housekeeping also neglected to provide additional Kleenex even though the box was almost depleted (the tissue was blue instead of white).
