  • As a property owner of a rental property in Mesa, AZ, I have dealt with TCT Property Management for about 13 years. I should also mention that I lived in Boston, MA during that time. Needless to say, living across the country presented some unique challenges During that time they have been extremely helpful when issues would arise, and often times provided solutions that I was unaware of. They made owning and managing the property from afar much less stressful. Something as simple as getting estimates on needed work, or HOA violations, which normally would be easily accomplished tasks, could have presented problems. TCT handled everything, kept me informed through emails, phone calls and pictures and overall made the process so much less stressful. I highly recommend Tamber. She was very fast to respond to either phone calls or emails. Her courteousness and professionalism were greatly appreciated. She was a pleasure to work with. I am sure the rest of the folks at TCT are similar. Thank you so much for all your help over the years. The only reason that I am no longer going to be using TCT is because I am selling the property, otherwise they would be continuing the management of it. Thanks again-it was a pleasure working with you!
