  • The owners Terry and his wife Kathy are first rate people and run a wonderful shop. I found this place through Yelp almost a year ago and have taken my 2001 Toyota 4Runner there ever since. I would bring my vehicle across the entire valley to be honest for the customer service and thoroughness that Terry and Kathy provide. Terry has always spoken with me in detail about problems I'm having and potential issues that may come up in the future that he has has found. He will even go so far as to show me parts and areas under my vehicle that he is working on or has concern for so I can see what is going on. He is very good at what he does and extremely knowledgable. Their prices are more than reasonable and they will work with you on repairs if you are on a budget by fixing what needs repaired first and foremost and letting you know what you can get done at a later date. In this day and age it can be tough to find an absolutely honest, reliable, friendly shop that genuinely cares about their customers. Max Auto is certainly all of the above and more. Make sure and bring a treat for Max the shop dog when you go. Their sitting area is plenty comfy with couches and a nice flat screen and Max will be lounging around to keep you company if you desire. If your anywhere remotely close to the valley and need automotive services, this is the place to go in my honest opinion.
