No,no, no do not go to this place. Took my 14 1/2 year old daughter here for pink eye. Got there 15 mins after opening. A few people in the waiting room, but not packed. Only two positive things about this place. 1 the receptionist was very nice and professional and 2 they play TLC on there tv. Trust me once you get called back it turns into a
S##T show. The triage nurse told my daughter she looked like the girl from beetle juice? Really she is a teenage girl with pink eye in both eyes. Appreciate that one. Then when we go to the room we wait and wait. I finally had to open the door to make sure we weren't forgotten. Once the doctor came in he looked at her ears, nose and throat. Said he would write a prescription for the drops and a antibiotic. Then we waited and I looked on my Walgreens app and saw that the prescription had been sent over. So I opened the door again and asked if we could leave. The lady told me the doctor is still working on d/c paperwork and a note for school and tells the doctor we are still waiting and in a hurry. Sorry it shouldn't take a half hour to complete this and we aren't in a hurry we want to leave. Oh it gets better..... get my daughter home, look at the d/c paperwork and guess what? No prescription for pink eye! Seriously? This place needs help. It is so ridiculous to forget the one thing we came in for. Called them and another half hour later the prescription was sent over. There are plenty of other urgent cares to go to and I will not be back.
Ps doctors name is Tirao
