  • I have lived here for the past 4 months and I can say that it has been exactly what I was looking for. Is this place for everyone, no. It is a place that is affordable while remaining very close to downtown/old town Scottsdale. The management has always been very responsive to any maintenance request I have , and I can say I have never had to call in for the same issue twice. Any interaction I have had with the office staff has been very pleasant, they are also really good at letting me know of any coming changes around the complex. The pool is kept very clean, haven't got in yet but will be excited to very soon. Overall this isn't your typical Scottsdale apartment scene, but if you are trying to ball on a budget I highly recommend.
