  • Dr Toby and lap of love were so amazing! They make a horrible experience into something so special, personalized, meaningful, peaceful, and beautiful. They explain how it will happen in detail so you are ready for what is coming. You get a gorgeous paw impression as well as a lock of hair keepsake. There is no sense of rushing or corporate unkindness as I assume many vet offices would be like. My Ozzy was with me for 19 years and he deserved the best send off I could give him. Thank you Dr Toby for the genuine and beautiful memory sending Ozzy to kitty heaven.
