Foster's cleans our carpets once a year and they are paid by my apartment complex. It's a general cleaning, which in my case is done in September.
The general cleaning wasn't cleaning up three spots on the carpet. I called them on January to come out and clean the spots. They charged me $55. Which was fine.
Less than two months later, one of the spots is visible again.
I called today to see if they could treat that spot again and was told, " it was done so long ago" they would have to charge me $55 to come out and treat that one spot again. Less than two months is too long ago??
I don't agree with that at all.
I asked if I had them come out and clean a chair I have, which also is $55, if they could treat that spot at the same time included in the base charge of $55.
I was told no. They would have to charge for the chair and the spot. Both $55.
SO, instead of getting more of my business by cleaning my chair and taking care of a spot they didn't clean completely, they aren't getting any of my business and I get to write a poor review about them.
I'm in the customer service business and this was poor customer service.
I could be writing a much different review if their customer service was up to par.
Don't use Foster's. Very disappointing.
