  • Apparently there is no regard for the confidentiality of customer information. I lost my keys, which had the tag to this gym, in Sedona, AZ a couple of days ago. I got a call from Kim saying someone found them and they would be mailing my keys to my home address. Out of curiosity I called her back asking if she gave this person my address and she said yes. So my address was given out without my consent to a complete stranger in Flagstaff. Not the smartest move and definitely not the safest. I have a family including a child that lives with me and this stranger could have access to our home. So now we have to go out of our way to change locks and get new keys. Trainers here are great though. I'd give 5 stars for the actual gym but for the sake of this situation it's going to be less.
