My renters started having an issue with the dishwasher, it filled up with smelly water every time they ran it, so I called my home warranty and they sent their work order to Mike. He was supposed to call me the next day. Ha! By 3 pm I left him 2 messages and called 4 times. Nothing. Around 4 pm I called my home warranty and described the situation. They conference called us and Mike (no apology, nothing for not returning my call by the way) scheduled me for Monday between 10 and 2. I said "fine".
Monday morning rolls around. Guess who calls me to make an appointment? I said "Really? I already made an appointment with you Friday, you're supposed to be at the house on an hour!" He says "oh, ok, I have somebody in the area, I'll send them over".
To make the long story short whoever showed up didn't fix the problem. The dishwasher filled up the next day.
I had to call my home warranty again. Luckily, Fidelity is pretty good. I described the situation to them and asked to send someone else since Economic Plumbing is incompetent. They sent my work order to someone else (Allen's Plumbing I believe). They called me early the next day and the dishwasher was fixed 4 hours later. It turned out to be a simple clog in the pipe. You'd think a plumber should be able to fix that. Not Mike! I hope Fidelity listens to customers' feedback and will drop them from their list.
