  • I've taken my son to Americas best a couple months ago and had a pretty decent experience. Got him two pairs of eye glasses for a great price. So then when it was my turn to get glasses, I thought of Americas best as well. BAD IDEA. The receptionist was Not the friendliest to start off with, but whatever, I've had worst. The lady that checked me before I saw the doctor was ok. Neither one of them had the best customer service. But the doctor took the cake. Dr. Black was the rudest doctor I have ever come across. He asked me questions, but didn't care about my answer, b/c he kept cutting me off. I'm one of the most laid back people you could meet and I normally get along with everyone. I don't like confrontation at all. And here I am in the office with a doctor that I'm arguing with. I have never felt so disrespected. I really should've got up right then and left, but I already had to leave work early to go there. This doctor is an arrogant asshole. But not all the doctors are like him. My son saw a woman doctor and she was very nice and professional. Dr Black should not be working with the public. He's a rude and unprofessional asshole. He and almost all of his employees need to go back through customer service training.
