  • My warranty company as well contracted with them. The installed part has now failed after 3 months and I can't get anyone to return my phone calls or answer my "contact us" attempts. It doesn't look like this company was a chosen by any of the customers for which they did work... I wonder why? Update, warranty company has elected to use a different pool company to complete the work order. Appears that everything works now since the new company has come out.
