If you are remotely interested in human anatomy and physiology this is the exhibit for you. I would recommend getting discount cupons for the exhibit as it is normally $35 per adult and$27 for children. You can find $5 coupons in the Vegas books passed out everywhere or go to the ticket discount kiosks located all over the strip.
There are two options, rent an audio tour for some extra$$ or save the money and read the cards placed next to each exhibit. This is a very extensive exhibit. I think it took us at least an hour to get through the whole exhibit.
I'm reading other reviews and am confused about the complaints that there were not many full body cadavers. There were at least 5 that I can recall offhand. A female and several males. They have the cadavers perched in positions such as throwing a basketball or a football to show how the muscles and bones work together.
Each room is devoted to the various systems of the body such as the skeletal system, endocrine, cardiovascular etc. Some rooms use a special dye technique to accentuate the different vessels. Keep in mind these bodies are not kept behind glass you can quite literally reach out and touch them but are strictly forbidden to do so. They require you to power off your cell phones too.
The room devoted to fetuses was mind blowing showing the different stages of development and even a conjoined twin!
I highly recommend this exhibit! Also keep in mind they keep it very cool in there I'm assuming to preserve the bodies. I needed a jacket and it was hot outside. Wear your walking shoes, take your time, go to the bathroom before you start and prepare to be fascinated! This is a must see while in Vegas.
