So far, I've had a really good experience with PM of LV. I think the only thing that was weird was that no one did the walk through with me. They did give me one week to write down all the damages and put them in some report that I had to pay for online. There were a lot of issues with the apartment like broken tiles here and there, no screen for the my bedroom so I couldn't open the window at night when it gets cooler also a lot of the furniture (my place came furnished) had missing knobs, tears, scratches... so much in fact that if I had written everything down in the report it would have taken me forever to describe every little thing. So hopefully I will get my full deposit back.
I have only emailed back and forth with Maria and she is AMAZING. She is super responsive and helpful. I had an issue with the freezer leaking, oven light needing to be replaced, broken garbage disposal and leaking washing machine which was fixed within 2-3 days after I emailed them. With the previous company that I rented from, it would take 1-2 weeks before anything would be fixed. The company that they work with to fix appliances, Campbell's is also really good.
I lost my mailbox key and was going to ask for a replacement but they just told me to come in a make a copy of it and return their original key to them. If they wanted to make money off of me then they could have made a copy and charged me $50 for it. I will update my review upon moving out and getting my security deposit back but for now, I will be recommending friends to them!
