  • I've been here for several years and while there has been some issues during my time here it has seemed to be improving especially over the past few months. They have replaced a manager where a lot of the negative experiences and incidents were occurring and it seems like the new property manager is running a better complex now. I've noticed the property has been better maintained, maintenance has been done very quickly and the repairs are done correctly the first time now, the grounds are much cleaner, they communicate with the residents more frequently via email and they have even set up monthly pizza nights, breakfast on the GI mornings and raffle drawings for residents to participate in. It's nice to have the community get involved with each other and have different activities to do and events going on so that is a positive too. Keomy in the front office has always been excellent. It would be nice if they updated your apartment amenities or replaced old fixtures or appliances or flooring or carpet or painted for example after you've renewed your lease for several years.
