So I put together a guys training night at Recess yesterday and today I'm feeling the pain. A good pain though in my legs, reminding me of the intense workout I did in 93 degree heat. I highly suggest taking the complimentary first class and if you can handle it I'm sure you will return.
With a combination of stretching, yoga, strength training and cardio all body parts are challenged. Don't forget your towel, you will need it.
