  • BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!! I was forced to use these guys as they are the co for the condo I'm in. What is a "truck charge"...to travel you your place in the GTA, the trip was hardly 10 kms...They have a minimum charge of $120...they came to replace a diverter in the shower...the tech tells me the cost of the part being $35, but when the final invoice arrives via email 5 days later, you get these surprises.On the on the invoice the part now is almost double in cost...WTF? and before they confirm the appt. they confirm your credit card FIRST!...so you already screwed even before they do anything!!!!
