| - This is the greatest dentist's office I've been to. As soon as you walk in, the front desk is friendly and helpful. They handled everything with my insurance, which has always been a PITA with other offices--no problem here though.
They must not have much of a problem with late patients or overbooking because I can barely sit down in the lobby before I'm called back. I've had early, late, and mid-day appointments, and they've always been very prompt.
The dental hygienists are great. Everyone I've seen has been personable and friendly. I'm far from any kind of expert, but I've always been impressed with the new and interesting equipment they have. And the hygienists are very knowledgeable and willing to explain what all the new stuff does.
Kelly is the best. I had to have 4 small cavities filled yesterday, but I was in a bit of a time crunch because of work. I walked in at 3, and walked out at 3:20. Not only was he fast, but very thorough as well. Other dentists have given me some messy fillings before, but Kelly's feel perfectly natural.
When I'm checking out, they've got the insurance and payment info ready. I had a somewhat unique situation with my insurance coverage and had a few questions about it, and they knew exactly what was going on and explained things very well.
I tried to do this review chronologically, from a single appointment, but there are so many little random things that I love about this place. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention them. They can confirm appointments via text message. They have arcade games in the waiting room. They have some of the coolest signed guitars, and albums lining EVERY wall. They play great music and will turn it up if you hear a song you like. Everyone there can hold a good conversation about all sorts of cool bands. And here's the best part: I was talking to Kelly about a concert that was coming up, and he scored me free tickets. Awesome.
My only gripe is that I wish I lived closer. Still, I probably save time by going there because I never have to wait.
