  • Went to this dealer with the hope of negotiating a good price on the RAV4 2013 model, the Manager showed me around and provided all the details as requested including the service center, however when it came to the price, wouldn't even negotiate a penny...kept saying this is a new car...no discount.. He goes to the Toyota website and pulls out a quote, is that a service ? He figured we were new comers to the Country and tried to sell it at MSRP...Welcome to the world of the Internet....... Thanks to Don valley..struck a good deal...Scarborough you just lost one of many customers...cheers
