  • Horrible communication. The first time they came out they showed up several DAYS late. I took off work so I could be home when they were there but no one ever showed up and no notice was given. Then they removed a bunch of plants and trees that I did not even want removed. Some of them were from my neighbors yard! I wish I could have been off work to be there so this wouldn't have happened in the first place. Fast forward a few months and I decided to give them another try because the weeds were back. I left a message and got a text a few days later saying someone will be out that day. Well ok I never got a call back but I'm busy so I'm glad that someone is coming out. I texted back and asked what the price was and there was no response. They never showed up. No phone call or anything. So I will not be using these people again just because I can't get them to even show up.
