The first time I stopped in was close to when they closed, but a really lovely sales person helped me still to find exactly what I was looking for. When I went recently, with exactly what I wanted in mind, there was no one to be found. I got what I needed and rang the service bell and simply to be cashed out. The gentleman who appeared was one of the rudest individuals I've ever dealt with. His opening line was "This better be worth it" and when I said "I'm sorry, but you are still open", he responded "barely". There were still 25 minutes until they closed and I clearly was just buying one product. I walked out without buying what I'd come in for and went down the street to PetValu. He never apologized, he immediately dismissed me, and tried to explain "it had been a long day". There is absolutely no way anyone like this should be working in customer service, especially somewhere that will require more hands on help than your regular store. I'm so disappointed, as I had high hopes after such a pleasant first exchange. But I will not return during a time this man is allowed to deal with customers.
