Where to begin? I made my initial appointment 2 weeks ahead. On the day of my appointment I get a message that Leslie is running 20 minutes behind. Understandable, things happen. However, on my second appointment I walk in to find that I'm not even on the schedule. She doesn't remember my name and tells me I don't have an appointment. Fortunately I had the appointment card from my first visit that I presented as a reminder. She says she has a full set scheduled at the same time and tells me "I guess they'll just have to wait." Why the attitude? (Side note, that other appointment never showed. Is there a pattern here?)
During my second appointment she told me that she hates when clients "no show" since she is a single mom and people who no show are taking food out of her son's mouth. Hhmm, but I was on time to both appointments and was the one who was actually slighted. Again, why the attitude?
After my second appointment (fill) many lashes started falling out within the first 2 days. I contacted her 8 days after the appointment and asked to come in so she could take a look and fill in the gaps. It's been several days following that and I'm still waiting for an appointment. I gave her the days and times I was available, and she offered me times that were nowhere near what I had given her. So I have a full set on one eye and a sparse set on the other. Not exactly what I paid for or expected. Sadly, because of such bad follow through and lack of professionalism, I won't be returning and can't recommend.
