I am so disappointed with this place. I have called for 2 days in a row at least 4 times each day and have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone. I finally broke down and emailed the appointment email provided with no response.
I hope the students and parents paying for their education know that they don't answer the phones or emails for appointments.
You need these appointment to get the hours to get your license and if they don't have a staff answering phones or emails for appointments, good luck.
This school is the most expensive cosmetology school in Las Vegas and charges their students high prices for a higher quality education. This needs to include the appropriate level of staff to answer the phone and respond to appointment emails. Shame on you PM The School, you should be embarrassed.
