Great variety of classes, scheduling is almost perfect (could use a few more mid-morning options around 9-11 am), instructors are grounded, light-hearted and experienced. Free parking, reasonable rates, a quaint, clean studio and the vibe is authentic and intimate. Some classes are 60 minutes, others are 75 minutes offering good variety to fit different scheduels/energy levels.
This is not an athletic club (that's how I found Hot Yoga on 17th), it's a place to truly practice your yoga without judgement and for the joy and challenge of it. Craig sometimes teaches the yin class on Saturdays. Don't miss it, it will be the best yin yoga you've experienced.
