  • I have had a very trying day, lost my wallet had to drive all over town, make phone calls and Stress, Stress, Stress. Went to one of the branches and was able to cancel my debit and visa cards but was told that without a photo ID that I would not be able to get new cards! Well I drove to a DMV office to get a Dup Lic. and you can PAY for a dup but you will not leave with one!, one will be mailed to you :( desperate I drove to another branch where I used to bank be for we moved and told my story to Liola who then went to the Mgr Kathy who kindly allowed me to a debit card from at least one of my accounts until I received a photo ID. Kathy & Liola gave me back a little peace of mind today and the courtesy of access to my money, am very grateful to these ladies and wanted to share the fact that there is still good people out there.
